PLANS for the construction of a temporary logistics and storage facility within the Clonburris NorthWest Development Area of the Clonburris SDZ have been approved.
Cairn Homes Properties Limited’s proposal includes the development of a logistics facility comprising a warehouse and adjoining unit, both of which are single-storey with a pitched roof.
