The serviced infill development sites will suit owner occupiers who wish to self-build and those who might wish to create an additional investment.

Both sites have an entrance off Jordanstown Road, with the scope for an additional entrance off Jordanstown Avenue pertaining to Site 601B.

All mains services including power, water and natural gas are available to the site boundaries, subject to connection charges.

The sites are zoned under Objective EE, meaning that the sites are to be used “to provide for enterprise and employment related uses.”

Greenogue Business Park is one of the largest modern industrial and warehousing developments in South West Dublin, and it is situated 1.1km from the Rathcoole Interchange on the Naas Road (N7).
