Griffeen Centre on the market for €6.6M

THE Griffeen Centre in Lucan has gone on the market with a guide price of €6.6m.

The neighbourhood retail centre is over 95 per cent occupied and provides an overall annual rental income of approximately €682,000.

Businesses in the centre include Centra, a medical centre, a Giraffe Childcare creche, McCabe’s Pharmacy, Boylesports, Pizza Hut, Di Bella restaurant, a medical centre, and five office suites.

The property extends to 26,900sq. ft and benefits from 94 car parking spaces, and will provide the incoming purchaser with rental income on acquisition.

However, it is noted that the potential buyer could let two vacant office suites in the centre, thereby increasing the centre’s rental income.

The Griffeen Centre has been brought to the market jointly by selling agents Colliers and Bannon.
