HUNDREDS of people enjoyed a fun day out at St Cuthbert’s Park community day recently.
The event saw input from many, including residents, local groups and organisations, gardai, and Dublin Fire Brigade.

Lisa Kinsella Colman, a member of Friends of St Cuthbert’s, said: “The event went brilliantly. Hundreds of local people came along to enjoy the community fun day. We had inflatables for the kids and fun and games.
"Crosscare played children’s games also. Kids enjoyed the magician, face-painting and balloon modelling.”
She continued: “The scouts, Civil Defence, gardai and fire services were all on hand to show their skills and allow everyone to take part.
“People brought along homemade cakes for the bake-off competition and the Clondalkin Dog Show was a huge success again this year. Every dog owner who took part received a gift.
“Mayor of South Dublin County Mark Ward opened the event, then made his way around all the stalls on the day. Stalls were invited to take part this year and we had some great ones from Blue Skies initiatives, Stardust postcards to the Conscious Cup campaign.
“We as the Friends of St Cuthbert’s Park group are very thankful for all the sponsors who donated towards the event and all who turned up to enjoy the day.”
