STOCKPILING materials for Halloween bonfires is well underway, with pallets and tyres being pulled out of industrial estates on trolleys and stashes being set alight on greenspaces.
Illegal bonfires are a cause of concern for emergency services and residents in housing estates alike, along with the means in which materials are sourced and stockpiled in the run-in to October 31.
