MINISTER for Justice Helen McEntee is failing to see the seriousness of nitrous oxide, according to Cllr Timmons (Ind).
Possession of nitrous oxide, also known as ‘laughing gas’, is now illegal in the UK, as part of the British government’s pledge to get tougher on drug taking in the streets.
