Juvenile to appear before Children’s Court in connection with death of Adam Muldoon

A MALE juvenile is expected to appear before a sitting of the Children’s Court this morning in connection with the death of Adam Muldoon.
Gardai investigating the death of 23-year-old Adam Muldoon arrested a juvenile male on Sunday morning, June 24 – with the juvenile detained at Tallaght Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

Adam's body was discovered on Saturday, June 23, shortly after 6.30am in Jobstown Park, with the young male pronounced dead at the scene.
According to a Garda statement this morning: “A male juvenile arrested by Gardaí investigating the death of Adam Muldoon is expected to appear before a sitting of the Children’s Court in Smithfield at 10.30am this morning (25/6/2018).”
