Legal problems delay move to build 176 social houses on site
SENIOR figures from the Sons of Divine Providence (SDP) in Rome, due to visit the proposed social housing site at their grounds in Ballyfermot next month, won’t see any work taking place.
Complex legal issues have delayed a process to build 176 homes on site, and this was further hindered this month, when the project manager for the development, moved on from their job in Dublin City Council.
