Licence for contentious mast close to Luas stop is approved
AN BORD Pleanála (ABP) has decided to uphold South Dublin County Council’s decision to grant a licence for a contentious telecommunications mast adjacent to the Kingswood Luas stop.
Kingswood resident Bridget Smyth lodged an appeal last year against telecommunications company Cignal’s licence for the mast, which had previously been granted by the council.
