Ljays members medal in Mugendo
LJAYS Elite scooped their share of honours at the 2020 Mugendo Open in Sligo last weekend.
Jake Riddell beat Hugh Moyles on a unanimous decision for the -71kg title before serving up a second round stoppage in the -74kg Light Contact Advanced final.

Josh Riddell came through two fights to set up a final against Dillon Fox in the Light Contact Advanced 13-14 division in which he won by unanimous decision to secure gold.
He then stepped up in age to take on Dara O’Neill of Cookstown at -57kg degree, Josh again winning in convincing fashion.
Sean Lynch fought Senior -94kg Intermediate class and picked up silver while Jack Lynch was edged out in the last eight of the 10-12 Novice field.
