RICHMOND Park, the home ground of Inchicore’s finest, St Patrick’s Athletic, has a rich and storied history.
First used as a recreational area by the British Army who were stationed in Richmond Barracks, which were named after Charles Lennox, 4th Duke of Richmond and Lord Lieutenant of Ireland in the early 19th century.
