THE “Four Districts” of West County Dublin, Rathcoole, Newcastle, Saggart and Brittas, have come together in various ways over the years to help make their communities a nicer place to live.
Since 2006, the four have run an increasingly successful St Patrick’s Day parade and 2024’s offering promises to be better than ever.
