YOUTH Horizons is a unique Jobstown based education programme which has been a resource for the area’s families since 1987, writes Ken Doyle.
Originally there were three founders, Dr Kate Ganter, who has now sadly passed on, Fr. Denis O’Connor, who moved to another parish some years ago, and the redoubtable Sr. Mairead Hughes who has been working with the youth of Jobstown for more years than she cares to remember.
