The DPP had previously directed trial on indictment in Paul Kilbride’s case.

Kilbride, aged 51, with an address at Cushlawn Close, Tallaght, is charged with simple possession of cocaine, simple possession of cannabis, possession of cocaine for sale or supply and possession of cannabis for sale or supply at an address at Shancastle Crescent, Clondalkin, on September 21, 2016.

He is also charged with possession of cocaine and cannabis for sale or supply with a value of €13,000 or more at the above address at Shancastle Crescent, also on September 21, 2016.

Kilbride was before Judge Miriam Walsh for service of his book of evidence.

The Solicitor for the DPP told Judge Walsh that the book was not ready. She asked for a further remand of four weeks.

Kilbride’s solicitor, Simon Fleming, consented to the application.

Judge Walsh remanded Kilbride on continuing bail for a month for service of the book of evidence.
