Man dies following fire in Rathmines this morning
Gardai are investigating the death of man following a house fire in Rathmines this morning.
Emergency services were called to a house on Grove Road at approximately 8am.

Three people were hospitalised at St James', with the man later being pronounced dead.
Gardai said that the two other people remain in the hospital and are not believed to be seriously injured.
Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene on the Grand Canal way between Rathmines and Harold's Cross.
Traffic was delayed along the busy Grand Canal route this morning as emergency services remained at the scene, with a stop and go put in place.
