THOMAS Davis senior footballers moved close to a play-off position in Division One when they overcame the challenge of league leaders Lucan Sarsfields 2-16 to 1-13 at Kiltipper Road on Saturday evening.
The Kiltipper side were full value for their victory with nine players getting on the scoreboard as they led from start to finish.
