Moran family buy Speaker Conolly pub in €3.5m deal
A DEAL has been struck for the landmark Speaker Conolly pub, with a local developer acquiring the property for an estimated €3.5 million subject to securing planning approval for apartments and a pub among other uses.
The Moran family, who are synonymous with the Red Cow Inn and Red Cow Moran Hotel, has reached an agreement with the Murphy family for the purchase of the Speaker Conolly.
