More info needed for plans change

SOUTH Dublin County Council has sought additional information from the Canon Despard Centre on Chapel Hill in Lucan for their proposed plans.

Proposals include the removal of the existing prefabricated structure on site with replacement permanent detached two storey/dormer structure located to the north-east of the site for mixed flexible community uses, such as childcare/crèche/ playschool/community uses.

The development is within the curtilage of a site that includes protected structure 025, James McCarten memorial slab 1807 and within a natural heritage area adjoining the Liffey valley.
