Mosque allegedly operating without planning
A PLANNING enforcement file has been opened in relation to a mosque in Lucan, which is allegedly operating despite planning permission being refused 15 years ago.
According to the planning documents, the applicant is the Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland (ICCI), whose headquarters are in Clonskeagh.
