Hutchinson’s Neilstown clubmate Ryan Murphy made it back to back Irish titles after he carded a unanimous decision in his Boy Two 59kg decider against Michael McCarthy of Urlingford.
After receiving a walkover in the preliminaries, he served up another very convincing victory over Sean Johnny Dinnegan of Elite Mullingar in the semi finals.
Glen O’Flaherty went close to clinching a third title for the Clondalkin club, but fell at the final hurdle in his bid to capture the Boy One 27kg honour, losing out to Alfie Jordan of Olympic Mullingar in the final.
