New development plans for over 1,100 homes to be launched soon
A PLANNING application for the proposed new development of over 1,100 homes at Cherry Orchard is due to be launched soon.
The Land Development Agency (LDA) is in partnership with Dublin City Council (DCC) for the project – Cherry Orchard Point – which includes proposals for cost rental, social and affordable purchase housing for 1,131 homes and 23,400 sq m of retail and community space.
