
Online auction at guide price €250k for restaurant

A RESTAURANT unit in Lucan, which is currently being let to Chang Asian Restaurant under an “informal tenancy”, is set to go under the hammer at an online auction next month with a guide price of €250,000.
The first-floor property, which is located in The Village Court on Esker Hill, extends to approximately 136.35 sq m and is arranged to provide kitchen, seating area and ancillary accommodation in the restaurant unit.
Surrounding occupiers include The Hub, Salon of Capelli and Kasturi Restaurant, while the first-floor unit is being let to Chang Asian Restaurant for €30,000 per annum, exclusive of VAT and rates.
Auctioneer Bid X1 described Lucan as an “affluent west Dublin suburb”, and according to their listing the site benefits from transport facilities which are provided by the N4 and M4, which are immediately to the south west of the area.
The restaurant unit will go under the hammer at Bid X1’s online auction on September 20, with a guide price of €250,000.
Chang Asian Restaurant is trading as normal.
