
Over 500,000 views already for the stunning ‘Heartbreak’ by Emmet Kirwan
With over half a million views already, Emmet Kirwan’s stunning ‘Heartbreak’, which tells the story of a young girl’s journey through teenage pregnancy and beyond, has been praised by people from across the world.
Kirwan, who grew up in Springfield in Tallaght, wrote the spoken-word piece and tells the story, while fellow Tallaght native Jordanne Jones, also stars in the short film.
There was much anticipation ahead of the film’s release online yesterday at 6pm, and since then the striking piece has been viewed hundreds of thousands of times across social media and on Youtube.
