AN OVERGROWN laneway in Castle Lawns in Tallaght has led to brambles and ivy growing into adjacent back gardens and a rat infestation, according to a resident.
The resident, who asked to remain unnamed, said the overgrowth in the laneway has made it impassible and is negatively impacting surrounding residents.
