Permission granted for 24 homes on Oldcourt Road

PLANNING permission has been granted by South Dublin County Council for a 24 home development in Firhouse.
Capami Ltd have been given the go ahead to construct 24 units on a site of 0.76 hectares at Oldcourt Road, Firhouse, Dublin 24.

The 24 units will comprise eight two-storey four bed semi-detached houses, 12 two storey three-bed semi-detached and terraced houses and four two-bed apartments in one two-storey apartment block.
Permission has also been granted for all associated site development works including car parking, open spaces and landscaping.
Permission has also been granted for the demolition of a detached dwelling on site. Access to the development will be via an adjoining development known as Dodderbrook.
