Plans are lodged for €9m GAA ‘cluster’ facility at Spawell
PLANNING permission is being sought for an extensive ‘GAA cluster’ facility at the Spawell in Templeogue, including three floodlit pitches and a sports pavilion with ten changing rooms which is estimated to cost in the region of €9 million, The Echo understands.
The plans have been lodged by the Dublin GAA County Board, which bought the 35-acre Spawell site in 2018 for a reported €9m.
