PLANS have been lodged for a large-scale development on a 20.4ha site to include 523 residential units beside St Anne’s GAA Club, Bohernabreena Cemetery, Dodderbrook Estate and Ballycullen Gate.
Plans lodged by Capami Ltd, who wishes to apply for a seven-year planning permission, is located in the townlands of Bohernabreena, Oldcourt, and Killininny include the development of 523 residential units made up of of 255 units of two, and three bed, over two and three storey, detached, semi-detached and terraced houses.
