Plans for houses near cul-de-sac ‘harmful to open space…’
A PROPOSAL for the development of two houses on lands adjacent to 21 Elmcastle Court in Kilnamanagh has been refused planning permission.
In reaching its decision, South Dublin County Council said the development would “be harmful to the open space and recreational amenities of the area”.
