Plans lodged for 245 new homes in Adamstown

PLANNING permission is being sought to build 245 homes within the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone in Lucan.
Quintain Developments Ireland Limited has submitted the application for the homes which will be a mixture of terraced and detached houses, duplexes and apartments.

Permission is sought for 169 two-storey three-bedroom houses and 45 three-storey four-bedroom houses.
The application also includes proposals for 15 aparments in one five-storey unit, comprising two one-bed apartments and 13 two-bed apartments.
The proposed duplexes will be located in one three-storey block and will comprise eight single-storey two-bed units and eight two-storey three-bed units.
The application also includes provision for 1.24 Ha of public open space and 370 car-parking spaces.
