PLANS for the construction of an 84-unit apartment block at the site of Cookstown House on Cookstown Way have been submitted to South Dublin County Council.
Developer Samcava Ltd’s proposal includes the construction of 40 one-bedroom units, 36 two-bedroom units and eight three-bedroom units.
