A PRIME green field site approximately 5.16 hectares (12.76 acres) has gone on the market with a guide price of €380,000.
The site will go under the hammer at the BidX1 auction on October 12 and is expected to attract a lot of interest.
The site is opposite Commercials GAA Club and is less than five minutes from Rathcoole village.
The field is overlooking the N7 on the Newcastle side of the motorway.
Surrounding occupiers include a number of established industrial estates to include Aerodrome Business Park and Greenogue Business Park.
The property is arranged to provide an irregular shaped parcel of land and is zoned Objective RU – “to protect and improve rural amenity and to provide for the development of agriculture” under the South Dublin County Development Plan 2016-2022.
