THE FORMER Roadstone and Lufthansa premises on the Naas Road, which comprises 16 acres of development and land property, has been sold.

Lufthansa was previously housed in an industrial building in the development, that building extends to approximately 17,500 sq m, with additional buildings of approximately 2,400 sq m.

A three-storey office building at the front of the structure offers part refurbished and modernised accommodation, which also previously housed Lufthansa, while a smaller office previously contained Roadstone.

“Extensive” car parking is located to the front of the development, according to selling agent Lisney, and the lands benefit from having “very extensive frontage” to the Naas Road, and side frontage from Barney’s Lane leading to the existing vehicular access point at Baldonnell Business Park.

The listing for the development states that it would appeal to “investors and developers seeking a prominent Naas Road opportunity”.

Nearby occupiers include MJ Flood, Saab/Seat and DAF, while the property is also in close proximity to Citywest Business Park, Citywest Shopping Centre and the LUAS extension to Saggart.
