Proposal for 120 social housing homes at Clonburris approved
A PROPOSAL for up to 120 homes in Clonburris was approved by members at the South Dublin County Council meeting this week.
The development forms part of the latest bundle of sites to be delivered under the state’s housing plans, which includes a commitment in 2021 to increase the use of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) as a social housing delivery mechanism.
