Proposal to add four additional apartments to Hollybrook House refused permission

A PROPOSAL to add an additional four apartments to a small development on the Naas Road has been refused permission by Dublin City Council.

Joinville Ltd, who received planning permission in 2018 for 12 apartments at Hollybrook House, 55 Naas Road, Dublin 12, were seeking an amendment to a permitted development and wished to add four apartments on site – 16 in total.
