A SITE notice was erected at Lidl Belgard last Friday, June 14, for a mixed-use two-storey development to include a pub on the ground floor with four apartments overhead.
The proposed development by Lidl is for a two-storey building, with a public house with a gross floor area of 374sq.m, to include bin storage and other ancillary areas on the ground floor.
