Relay for Life raises over €20k
“OUR MOTTO is: One Day, One Night, One Community, One Fight,” said Caroline Corcoran, Chairperson of the South County Dublin branch of ‘Relay For Life’ in aid of the Irish Cancer Society, after she had presented a magnificent cheque for over €20,000 to the society in a ceremony at the Clayton Hotel, Liffey Valley on Friday, reports Ken Doyle.
The ‘Relay For Life’ event, which took place in Corkagh Park on Saturday June 1, had set a target of €20,000 in sponsorships and donations.
