Resident lodges claim seeking mast injunction
A KINGSWOOD resident has lodged a claim seeking an injunction against a mast development in Kingswood, which has been listed for mention in the High Court next October.
Bridget Smyth’s claim follows on from an appeal she lodged last year against telecommunications company Cignal’s licence for a mast adjacent to Kingswood Luas stop.
