The agents describe it as “an excellent opportunity to acquire three ground floor retail units located in a busy suburban retail centre.”

Accommodation extends to approximately 248 sq m, 100 per cent occupied, generating a rental income of €108,000 per annum from the three tenancies.

Tenants include Boyle Sports, Bradley’s Pharmacy and Donatellas Takeaway.

The tenants are not affected by the sale.

Dutch Village Shopping Centre was built in 1988 and is a busy suburban retail centre which serves the surrounding residential estates.

The property is located off Woodford Walk, and is the focal point of the local community.

It is anchored by Spar and it also encompasses Boomer’s Bar & Lounge, Gigi’s Café, Chopstix Asian Takeaway and an off-licence.

The agents understand the property is held under three long leasehold titles for 500 years from May 2016.

Offers in excess of €1,000,000 are being sought reflecting a NIY of 10.34 per cent.
