Roadstone seeks retention of Belgard offices and display shop

ROADSTONE Ltd is looking to retain permission for its offices and display shop located in Belgard.

It is also looking to add an additional 30 sq m of single-storey additional office space within the courtyard of its main office building.

Two applications were submitted by Roadstone for retention, with the first including a request to retain the single-storey Roadstone main office, the single-storey ISAC office, storage portacabins and containers and car-parking spaces.

The additional office space is included – a decision on the application is due by August 31.

Included within the second application is retention for a two-storey retail display shop, a product sample shed, a retail concrete plant and retail product storage bay and yard.

Retention for a retail display area, screening berm, car park, security hut, storage containers, internal roads and customer entrance is also sought within the application.

A decision on this application is due by September 1.
