How long are you together?
Eight years.
How long are you engaged?
Seven years.
How did you meet?
Samantha: We were actually set up on a blind date by our friends. We had plenty of mutual friends but didn’t really know each other. We arranged to meet at a benefit night that all our friends were attending. We hit it off from then and haven’t looked back since.

How did you propose?
Steven: Samantha was really sick one morning and was lying there looking miserable so I had an idea to cheer her up. I brought our two girls out with me and we went engagement ring shopping! I had been thinking about proposing for a while and the girls helping me pick out the ring made it all the more special. I came home then and asked Samantha to marry me. She was not expecting it at all but she said yes!
What’s the most romantic thing you have ever done for each other?
Samantha: I thought the proposal was so spontaneous and thoughtful. It’s also just the everyday things we do for each other.
