
SDCC’s autumn calendar of events includes Harry Potter wand workshops and loads more
South Dublin County Council have announced their programme of free events, courses and festivals taking place over the next three months, and there is loads for the whole family.
Several of the courses begin tonight (Tuesday, 3 October 2017), and these include a course for parents on cyberbullying and internet safety, how to start to blog like a pro, and growing food in small spaces.
Other notable events in October include a fashion skills workshop, a character building workshop and a really exciting Harry Potter wands workshop.
November begins with yet more Harry Potter themed fun – this time with a potions class, while there are creative writing classes for teenagers, Junior Einsteins, The Great Lucan Bake-Off and the Christmas Crafts fair.
Moving on to the December there is Christmas storytime for the little ones, an Elf Academy and much more.
