A SIMULATED boxing programme has been developed over the last six years by Ballyfermot boxing coach Robert Murray to enhance skills and reduce risk of injury.
Murray, manager of St Matthew’s Boxing Club, is currently finishing up a Masters of Science in Sports Performance Analysis.
