A YOUNG woman who was born with a congenital heart condition donated 15 inches of her hair on Saturday and raised almost €1,000 for Heart Children Ireland.
Sinéad Burke, 20, from Tymon in Tallaght, got her hair cut in Everleigh Hair Design in Walkinstown on Saturday, July 6, after growing her hair out for three years.
