There was much excitement at the shop yesterday after it was confirmed that the lucky ticket had been sold there, and it was not long before rumours began as to who the winner or winners could be.
A National Lottery spokesperson has now confirmed that a syndicate made contact yesterday, with the group seeking to get their hands on their winnings.
The winning numbers drawn were 2, 15, 19, 26, 37 and 38. The bonus number was 39.
