Tallaght relay team top podium again
FOLLOWING the tremendous European Youth Olympics sprint double recorded by Tallaght Athletic Club’s Rhasidat Adeleke in Azerbaijan last week, there was more success for the club at the National Senior Track and Field Championships in Santry last weekend.
Indeed the Tallaght squad of Eoin Doherty, Simon Essuman, Timmy Bada, Joseph Ojewumi and Michael Ogunsiakan combined to win the National 4x100m Relay title for the second year in succession with a time of 43.34 on Saturday.
