Two retail units on Main Street Rathcoole go on market with €250k guide price each

TWO retail units on Main Street in Rathcoole have gone on the market with a guide price of €250k each.

Unit 1 is 861 sq.ft and is currently leased to Subway Ireland on a 20-year lease that commenced in 2016.

Selling agent David Swaine from Property Partners O’Brien Swaine stated in the property listing that he anticipates that the unit will “generate a lot of interest”.

The rent is €14,800 per annum with a rent review in year five and year 10, while there is a management fee of €650 per annum that is paid by the tenant.

Unit 2 is also being brought to the market by O’Brien Swaine, and the premises is currently split into two units and is being leased to DK Barbers on a four year and nine-month lease.

The property is approximately 130 sq.m, rent is €24,000 per annum, while a management fee of €1,200 per annum is paid by the tenant.
