Specialized Bicycle Components Ire. Ltd’s planning application for the site was submitted to South Dublin County Council in October last year.
Planning permission was sought for the retention, conservation, restoration and change of use of the existing 344 sqm two-storey former barn building to a two-storey restaurant of 311 sqm.
