THE scenic grounds of Drimnagh Castle will be transformed for the spooky annual Halloween Fright Night, on Wednesday, October 24, and Thursday, October 25.

WALK, an organisation that supports people with disabilities, will host its sixth annual Halloween community event at Drimnagh Castle.

The popular event sells out every year and guarantees a fantastic fun family evening out in a safe and spooky environment.

People are encouraged to get dressed up in true Halloween spirit and the event is interactive from start to finish, including a tour and scary stories within the castle itself.

Austin O’Sullivan, Director of Resources at WALK said: “Following on from its great success over the last years, the fright night has been improved upon to be even bigger and better. The hosting of the event in the surrounds of Drimnagh Castle shows how with a little initiative and cooperation, local community facilities can support each other for the greater good”.

Joe Mason, CEO, WALK, said “Everything about this event is at the core of what we believe in. The people we support at Walk consider this a great opportunity to help create long-lasting memories for all our guests. It helps us to build bridges and links within our community.”

Tickets cost €5 and are exclusively for sale online at www.eventbrite.ie.

The event runs in hour long slots from 5pm – 8pm on both evenings.

It is recommended for kids aged 5 plus.
