With over €3 bn in investments, Grange Castle looks to the future

OVER €3 billion has been invested within the Grange Castle Business Park over the past ten years as the home of some of the world’s biggest companies looks forward to the launch of its new marketing campaign and website next month.
Almost 2,500 people are currently employed across the business park’s companies in the areas of information technology, pharmaceuticals and research and development.
Since the initial development of Grange Castle Business Park, companies such as Pfizer, Microsoft, Google, Grifols and Takeda have made it their home.
Over 500 acres of land has been invested in by these companies, with pharmaceutical giant Pfizer investing €1.8m on a 90-acre site since 2000.
On Wednesday, December 2 a launch event for the new marketing campaign for Grange Castle will take place at the Grange Castle Business Park with Mayor Sarah Holland in attendance.
The new website, which can be found at www.grangecastle.ie, includes historical background on the park, details on the companies that are currently located there and information on why companies should consider investing in a location at Grange Castle Business Park.
A brochure will also be released as part of the new marketing campaign and includes testimonies from the chief executive of South Dublin County Council, Daniel McLoughlin, the president of Takeda Ireland, Greg Timmons and the site leader of Pfizer Grange Castle, Julien Deneve.
