Women close to tears over security checks in Finnstown
PEOPLE on the council homeless list in accommodation at Finnstown Castle Hotel in Lucan, claim there is security checks by young males entering their bedrooms every two hours including at night-time.
It is one of a number of issues raised by numerous tenants, mostly women, who also claim there is threats of eviction if they speak out against the accommodation conditions, overcrowding with more beds being placed in rooms, and a lack of a translators on site, which makes it difficult for elderly non-nationals to communicate.
